This blend is a kid friendly version of the Defense blend to be used when illness is about for colds and flues.  You can apply to skin at 1-2 % with a carrier however there is not skin sensitizing oils like in the Defense blend.  Diffuse, safe for baths. 
 
Consists of: Lemon, Eucalyptus Young Leaves (no 1,8 cineole) Lavender, Black Spruce and Tea Tree.  Safe for all ages when diluted properly.
