This rub is for ages 11 and upwards consists of Organic Shea Butter, Organic Cocoa Butter, Beeswax local, Apricot Kernel, Almond and Jojoba oils Organic and Vit E.
 
Essential oils of Eucalyptus R, Basil, Tea Tree, Lavender, Pine, Myrrh these are Organic or Wildcrafted. 
 
This can be applied 2-3 times a day especially for the night or when sleeping on the chest and back if you have someone to apply there.
