Contains Eucalyptus Radiata, Peppermint, Birch, Juniper Berry, Clove Bud all Organic or Wildgrown.
The best for respiratory issues can be diffused, applied with a carrier oil to chest and back during an issue of respiratory concern. 
Inhale, place blend in inhaler, compress, caution with bath as the clove could irritate the skin.  Use diluted on skin to 2-3% for adults. 
Best to use Kid’s Defense blend with children under 10 or asthmatics due to the type of Eucalyptus in this blend.  Young Leaves Eucalyptus is best for children. Refer to that oil for explanation.
